2025年1月7日，香港特别行政区政府正式宣布“新资本投资者入境计划”（简称“新计划”）的优化措施。其中最引人注目的变更，是将申请人需持有3000万港元净资产的时间要求，从原来的2年大幅缩短至仅6个月！

Eligibility

根据新政策，香港投资移民的申请人需满足以下资格要求：申请人资格： 申请人必须年满18岁，且为外国国籍人士或已获得外国永居的中国籍人士（包括中国澳门及台湾居民）。投资要求： 申请人需在申请前6个月拥有3000万港元的净资产。

  1. 此次政策采用“2+3+3”签证模式，无需在香港工作或居住，仅需保持投资即可继续续签。具体流程如下：
    申请流程： 申请人需首先进行资格评估，然后签署相关合同，准备所需文件并递交申请。在通过审批后，完成投资即可正式获批。
